A Powerful Batch-Editor

Meta's layout presents as a list of files, and a sidebar.

Editing multiple files at once, also known as “Batch editing” is accomplished by selecting a group of files and working in the app's sidebar.

The sidebar mirrors the contents of the currently selected files, so that edits performed there will be applied across all selected files. This being true of tags and artworks as well.
